Friday Video
Everyone knows I'm always joking about neti pots and other "cleanse" products. I had been talking about neti pots at work recently when I had my massive cold two weeks ago. Here's a good video on what not to do. It's a bit long, but stick with it. (Thanks 'Tine!)
